The prices are indicated per day and per room occupied by a maximum of 2 people, including VAT, excluding breakfast and tourist tax.
  • Tourist tax : €1,65 per day and per person.
  • Baby bed : €8 / day on request
  • Full breakfast : €22 per person - €15 for children under 10 years old. In your room: Continental breakfast €25,50.

  • Extra person in the "Suite", "Superior Suite" and "Deluxe Aparment": €50 per day

General terms and conditions of sale

General hotel rules

A credit card imprint and an identity document will be requested upon arrival.
A note will be submitted for approval or payment every 7 days.
In case of departure before 7 am, the payment of the stay must be made the day before.

Booking Guarantee

Reservations will only be considered firm after receipt of a deposit representing 30% of the total amount of the stay. These can be paid by bank or postal cheque, credit card or bank transfer.
The same applies to last-minute telephone reservations.
For one-night bookings, this is payable at the time of booking.

Cancellations - Changes

  • In case of cancellation up to 7 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be refunded.
  • In case of cancellation at least 7 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.
  • One night stays, payable at the time of booking, are not refunded in case of cancellation.
  • For prepaid stays the cancellation fees are as follows:
    • 15 days or more before the date of arrival: 30% of the amount of the stay
    • from 15 days to 3 days: 50% of the amount of the stay
    • less than 3 days or no show: 100% of the amount of the stay
  • Shortened stays: for any interruption of the stay before the planned departure or arrival date, the totality of the stay initially planned will be charged by the hotel by way of compensation.
  • Changes are possible subject to availability and on condition that the amount of the stay is equal to or greater than that initially booked.
  • For prepaid stays that are the subject of a promotion, these are not refunded in case of cancellation.

Arrivals

Rooms are at your disposal from 4 p.m. onwards. Please inform us in case of late arrival.
You will be asked for a credit card imprint on arrival; failing this, a deposit cheque or cash deposit at least equivalent to the value of the stay will be required.
A note will be presented to you for approval or payment every 7 days.

Departures

Please vacate your room by 12:00 noon at the latest. Any late departure without prior agreement will be invoiced at 50% of the value of the room.
In case of departure before 7 a.m., the payment of the stay must be made the day before.
After departure, any consumption not billed for any reason whatsoever, as well as any damage or missing items belonging to the hotel that are not returned, will be invoiced afterwards and must be paid within 8 days. In the absence of payment, this will be honoured by remote debit from the credit card presented as a guarantee.
